Return and Refund Policy

 

Return Rules Summary:

 

  • Returns accepted only for damaged or defective items
  • No returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse
  • No returns on sale items or gift cards
  • All pieces are made to order

 

At Wolves Cry, each piece is produced specifically for you. As a small, independent label, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

 

We do not support ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return. All orders are made individually and intentionally, so all sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email info@wolvescry.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Once reviewed, we will notify you of return approval. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

 

We do not accept returns on the following:


  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Sizing or style dissatisfaction
  • General wear or use
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

 

Exchanges:

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective and your return is approved, we will reprint and send a replacement.

 

Refunds:

 

If approved (only in cases of damage or defect), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your financial institution additional time to post the funds.

 

Fraud Protection & Zero Tolerance Policy:

 

To maintain the integrity of our community and protect our supply chain, Wolves Cry enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any form of suspected fraud. This includes:


  • Disputes flagged by payment providers or banks
  • Chargebacks after confirmed delivery
  • Suspicious activity flagged by Shopify or fulfillment partners
  • Abuse of our return, refund, or shipping processes

 

Any order associated with such activity is immediately ineligible for return, refund, or future fulfillment. Wolves Cry reserves the right to deny service to any account tied to fraudulent behavior.
